Using traditional Yoga principles AerialFit Yoga uses a low slung fabric hammock to bring a new focus to your practice.
Being partially or fully suspended in the hammock allows you to access a wider range of postures as your body is supported by the fabric.
Aerial Yoga can make those impossible postures achievable and provide new challenges in your practice. Inversions (getting upside down!)
provides the additional benefit of spinal decompression and improves your circulation.
